3. Limitation of Liability

UrbanLumina assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of information on this site or from the application of technical recommendations without specific verification under field conditions. Services are provided "as is," within the limits stipulated in the service contract concluded with the Client.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

Specific financial terms (fees, payment deadlines, penalties) will be established in the individual contract. Fees for consulting services are non-refundable once the work has commenced, except in cases expressly provided for by mutual agreement of the parties. No refund policies apply for intellectual services rendered.

5. Termination of Use

UrbanLumina reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the site or services for any user who violates these terms. The Client may terminate a service contract according to the termination clauses stipulated in that contract.
